And it just keeps going; Nintendo’s 3DS has crossed the 4 million sales mark in homeland Japan, according to the latest Enterbrain figures. Over 4.1 million units were said to have been sold as of mid-December, 11 months after its February 2011 launch.
The handheld was reported to have been closing in on the 3 million units sold mark just earlier in the month. Nintendo’s recovering from the shoddy launch quite nicely then.
North American sales aren’t too shabby either, having reached 1.65 million in November.
