Robert Bowling, Creative Strategist at Infinity Ward has announced on Twitter that 5 new prestiges and 400 levels had been added to PC version of Modern Warfare 3, with the console update coming soon.
“Added 400 new ranks of 5 new Prestige levels in Modern Warfare 3 on PC in latest patch. Expect the same on consoles soon for everyone! #MW3”
The announcement was taken with a pinch of salt with one twitter user writing: “Out of everything to add to this game you go for more prestige levels, when there’s still so much to fix…”
This update will bring the total number of levels to 1200, or levelling from one to eighty 15 times.
