Call of Duty: Black Ops‘ first DLC add-on, the First Strike map pack, sold over 1.4 million units in the first 24 hours alone, Activision’s quarterly results show today, which means that Xbox Live records have been broken once more.
During a comparable period, Modern Warfare 2‘s Stimulus DLC is said to have sold 20% less than First Strike. No signs of slowing down for this shooty franchise then.
The second Black Ops DLC, Escalation, launched for Xbox 360 users last week.
