New Operation Flashpoint and Grid games are in the works, Codemasters has confirmed.
Chatting with Develop in a recent interview, VP of studios Gavin Cheshire delivers the news, saying it’s “full steam ahead” for both at the developing Southam studio. Same goes for the previously confirmed third Dirt game, and perhaps even Bodycount.
There’s been talk of a sequel for the creatively Stuart Black-led (until October anyway) shooter before, plans now backed by SVP of production Jamie Macdonald who says the studio “will be looking to take that franchise further and further” as well. The first game is scheduled to launch next spring.
Codemasters is also working on F1 2010, due out in September.
