MAG and SOCOM developer Zipper Interactive is seeing a reduction in head count; according to multiple tipsters, up to 33 people have been let go.
While not specifying on the number of people let go, a Sony spokesperson has confirmed the layoffs and chalked them up as “normal business practice and a result of cutting back on production resources after the launch of two major franchises.” Nothing too dramatic then.
Zipper’s latest remains SOCOM 4: U.S. Navy SEALs, which released just over a month ago.
