Those looking to get the full Dead Space 2 experience are best off getting the console versions; the recently announced Dead Space 2: Severed downloadable content will not be coming to PC.
The story missions add-on content throws players back in the company of Extraction‘s Gabe Weller and Lexine Murdock, but only on the PS3 and Xbox 360. “Dead Space 2: Severed will not be available on the PC,” a rep for publisher EA has confirmed.
With the game still to release in Europe there are no dates attached to the XBLA/PSN releases yet. “Soon” remains the official word for now.
