Today sees the (not-so) glorious return of the PlayStation Store to the PSN, but comments on the PlayStation Blog‘s announcement article suggest more may be on the way.
One PSN member asked the SCE team if PayPal, a service that recently went live on Xbox 360, would ever be available on PSN. Head of Communications Nick Caplin replied to the commenter: “We’re looking at many options for the future, so it’s certainly possible.”
Given the amount of people that may not trust Sony with their personal information anymore, a more popular, more trusted service like PayPal could perhaps be a welcome alternative?
