‘Tis the season for multiple firearms and explosions! Developer Croteam and publishers Devolver Digital and Mastertronic announced a nice discount on all things that are Serious Sam for 360 owners. From now until December 24th, Serious Sam 3: BFE, its DLC expansion Serious Sam 3: Jewel of the Nile, Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, and Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter are now all 50% off and only 600 Microsoft Points each (this is regardless of if you made Santa’s naughty list this year; and if you are a fan of Serious Sam, you totally are on it).
The games in the Serious Sam series are reminiscent of a time when FPS games didn’t take themselves too seriously (think Duke Nukem 3D), so if you are a fan of ridiculously frantic action and endless waves of enemies, this is the perfect time to pick up any or all of these games for single-player, multi-player, or co-op action.
