StarCraft II has been a long time coming, but with the suddenly brought on beta having kicked off recently, the RTS may now actually see release before July, Blizzard has revealed in their official BlizzCast podcast.
“We were targeting three to five months for the beta, we’re really at a three month period of time for the beta at this point. We are still targeting the first half of this year… [for release],” lead producer Chris Sigaty said yesterday on the beta-focused podcast.
Despite Blizzard hurting us in the past, let’s stay cautiously optimistic. Whaddya say?
