Despite it being the lowest rated Tony Hawk game yet, the skater himself stands by Tony Hawk Ride, is “very proud” and remains optimistic about possible follow-ups. But until that happens, he’s added some value to the product that’s available to consumers now.
Buying the $120 game now comes with a little added bonus — a spot on the famous skateboarder’s Xbox Live friends list. As he was playing Ride on Xbox Live (Gamertag: tonyinegypt, by the way) less than a day ago, the skater tweeted that those who buy and play the latest game bearing his name online ‘are in.’
