For a number of hours yesterday morning the first Call of Juarez: Bound in Blood multiplayer DLC was available as a free download on Xbox LIVE. Unfortunately, this was not Ubisoft changing their mind and releasing the new maps free of charge but simply a little mistake on someone’s part.
“This has now been fixed and it’s 800 MS points,” a Ubisoft rep told us today.
Whether or not people who managed to download the DLC for free will somehow be forced to purchase it if they wish to continue playing is something the rep was not sure of. But for the time being at least, those who managed to get it for free can count themselves lucky.
