Did you miss out on the Insane Edition of Far Cry 3 because you were too poor/lazy? Ubisoft has good news for you, because they announced today that all the bonus content contained in that collector’s edition is now available for all the unwashed masses! Entitled the Deluxe Bundle, this DLC pack gives players a whole bunch of content that they might have missed out on. These include:
– 6 single player missions from the Monkey Business and the Lost Expeditions packs, to further expand upon Far Cry 3‘s story.
– 4 new animals to slaughter: the Red Vulture, White Tiger, Mountain Lion, and Thylacine (I plan to skin them all and make a wolf/bird/cat stew; high in protein!).
– 2 new weapons for single player: the Tribal Knife and Hunter’s M700 Predator (hopefully you can combine both to shoot sniper knives).
– 2 weapons unlocked for multiplayer: the Type – 10 (flare/shotgun) and Predator Bow.
– a new character named Hurk, along with his army of monkeys who are demolition experts.
– 2 end of match cinematics for Hurk and his monkey brethren when they inevitably beat your bums in multiplayer.
As you can see, all the content from the Lost Expeditions, Monkey Business, Warrior, Hunter, and Predator packs is available in this Deluxe Bundle.
