Open the bio of Chris Hyde

What can we say about Chris Hyde? Well, for starters... He has been playing video games for a little over 20 years now and continues to do so even today. After doing something for such a long period of time, you begin to identify yourself with it, so it's hard to imagine your life without it.

Aside from gaming, he also enjoys making music, writing occassionally, voice acting, and watching anime, but mainly only older series. He doesn't have much respect for the new material these days, but that could be because he comes from a different generation. He usually keeps to himself, but has been told he is quite charasmatic. One way or another, he is bound to get a response out of you either emotionally, psychologically, or verbally.

Sometimes he can rub off on people the wrong way by the way he says things, but that can often be the case when dealing with autistic people. They mean well, but sometimes they are misunderstood and it can cause complications. He isn't afraid to speak his mind and let people know how he feels towards something. He's generally the guy you think of that says things many of us are thinking, but never say, so when you hear some of the stuff he says, you think to yourself, "Did he really just say that?!"

Whenever he isn't playing video games, making music, or any of the above, he is hanging out with his friends and listening to music. Music is his Yin and gaming is his Yang. It's hard to imagine life without either.

His favorite genres of music are Italo Disco and Eurobeat. He also listens to video game OSTs as well as some J-Pop or J-Rock from time to time. He has been a fan of Eikichi Yazawa's work for a few years now and regards him as the best Japan has to offer in the music industry.

Lastly, his favorite games are:
Ys I, Final Fantasy IV, Wild Arms, Wizardry V: Heart of the Maelstrom, Shadowrun (for Sega Genesis), Dragon Force, Beyond Oasis, Streets of Rage III, and far too many more to even remember.
