Even then, your Sim may feel uncomfortable during their menstrual cycle. You can combat the discomfort with some self-care, but it can still negatively impact your Sim’s social life.

You will know when a Sim gets sick when they experience symptoms, such as fever, runny nose, itch, or stomach bugs. Your Sim may need to call off of work or visit the doctor if the symptoms grow worse.
The best way to stay healthy is with a healthy diet and exercise. However, you can manage illness by taking vitamins and developing your immune system through exposure (albeit, that’s a risky move).
Some illnesses can’t be avoided. Sims can pass down genetic illnesses. Senior Sims may also experience Alzheimer’s.
Children will be able to get vaccinated. They will also lose their front two teeth. Teens will get pimples, too. Luckily, there are skin treatments available!
