PlayStation Vita will make its debut to the public at the Tokyo Game Show this year, Sony’s confirmed.
Sony Computer Entertainment Japan president Hiroshi Kawano delivers the news via the newly-opened Japanese PS Vita community site (via), saying the device will be available en masse at the company’s booth.
News on the release date, carriers, launch line-up etc. are promised as well, though not necessarily for TGS. “Please keep looking forward,” Google translate tells us.
TGS 2011 is held this September 15 through the 19th.
